Ministry Objective: To obtain a Senior Pastoral Assignment

To provide pastoral leadership for the building and equipping of the Saints through biblical expository preaching, modeling, and teaching the Word of God. God is building His church through the power of the Holy Spirit through man. My objective is to lead God’s people into a balanced Christian lifestyle; which includes the worship of God, spiritual growth in Christ, and maturity through the sanctifying ministry of the Holy Spirit.

Encourage and equip the church to fulfill the commandments of love and to go out and make disciples, by sharing the gospel to every person-city, state, and the world.

Ministry Goal:

I am looking for a ministry to challenge me and provide ongoing opportunities for innovative and diverse outreach opportunities within it’s community. I am not afraid of change and welcome challenges. My various experiences, talents and gifts have equipped me to handle a set of wide-range unique challenges from a smaller church to the staffing needs of a larger congregation.

My experience in preaching, pastoral duties, teaching, leading worship and establishing youth ministries in both small and large ministries has been valuable for hands-on-training.

My achievements in leading a successfully trained volunteer staff, while building several ministry teams and establishing effective evangelistic outreach events has proven that the duplication method of oneself for effective ministry is practical and necessary . I am at my best when I am 1) recruiting and organizing people as resources to accomplish tasks or ministry work 2) exercising the gifts of administration and encouragement and, 3) teaching the uncompromising Word of God.

I desire to be used by God to serve as an expository teacher/preacher pastor.

I am confident that God does not need me, but that He delights in using earthen vessels to take glory for Himself.

I believe in expositional preaching and I have been strongly influenced by servant Ministers like; John MacArthur, Paul Washer, John Piper, David Platt and Mark Devers.
