Reduced manual processing of garnishment s for the payroll department from three days to a 3 hour daily process utilizing development of online processing with states that have adopted the e-IWO (electronic income with-holding organization) standards. This program addresses child support garnishments specifically. The payroll department was

able to expand correspondence with state agencies on all garnishments electronically which further reduced the manual process by 7%. The results also saw a reduction of postage to the company in the first six months of 5%.

Successful mobile application deployment involving 1800 non-exempt employees requiring real time lunch punches through the use of the Kronos mobile application.

Reduced document storage costs by 8.7% in the first year with a MSA to sole source and provide corporate pricing with one vendor for all divisions across 39 states for the company.
