Develop new light fixture by creating and documenting sheet metal parts, aluminum spinnings, and other materials using SolidWorks.

Researched and fabricated different catalysts for PEM fuel cells in the pursuit of minimizing the percentage of platinum used while maximizing reactivity of the compound.

Cooperated to design a thermal management system for an avionics box which housed the flight system for a space shuttle.

Evaluated proficiency of system's ability to dissipate by conduction through the material and forced convection of a cooling gas.

Researched and communicated with vendors to find the most cost effective materials that met performance requirements.

Team had to take into account what materials to use for the thermal mass and the cooling gas; High performance design with weight and cost kept in mind.
