FIH (Foxconn International Holdings) - Refurbishment of Apple cell phones. Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, in both Transactional and Manufacturing Processes, to manage the deployment, training, and effectiveness of Six Sigma and
Lean tools during the start-up phase of the new 1000 operator assembly factory.
Corporate Quality Manager Imperial Group/Ironform 2014-2015
Directed to redefine the Quality System. Replaced the Quality Inspectors with a method of successive checks performed by operators. Reassigned all Quality Inspectors to Manufacturing Lead positions.
Created Quality teams at Ironform plants located in Decatur and Denton, Texas; Dublin, Virginia; Chahalis, Washington and Lebanon, Missouri. Quality teams were comprised of Quality Engineers who were tasked with data tracking of rejects and providing Final and Formal Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and a multitude of other tasks to insure only Quality product was manufactured and shipped to the customers.
