Ball Brothers Produce, December 2014 to Present

As the office manager I am responsible for ordering office supplies, answering phone calls, as well as ensuring the office runs smoothly each day.

I am a team leader and work closely with three other employees, and I am available to them at all times in order to provide assistance and answer questions. I am also responsible for completing new hire paper work, ensuring that it is completed correctly. I am proficient in Quick Books, as well as Microsoft Excel, Quicken, Quattro.

There is also three other major companies I solely manage: Hamer Farms L.C., Ball Brothers Sheep Company and Ball Cattle. For these companies I handle the accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling the checking account, as well as loan payment and interest on the loans. I am also responsible for payroll and taxes, including State, Federal, Quarterly, and Year end, including 940, 943, W-4, and 1099 forms. There is also 2 smaller companies, Ball Brothers Rental, and R. J. L, for which I handle the bill payments and reconciling their checking accounts.
