Senior Project Manager

Managing multiple initiatives relating to employee classifications within all HR systems within the firm. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Proven track record on delivery of large to medium scaled projects within Human Resources and Payroll. Key initiatives surrounded the following:

Project Manager (2015-2017 § London, United Kingdom)

Lead Project Manager for the separation of Human Resources and Payroll functions as a result of the sale of ICAP to Tullett Prebon. The divesture mandated that each ICAP division be able to function autonomously without integrating with Tullett Prebon’s HR and Payroll technology. This year long initiative required liaising with multiple teams within the organization as well as managing key external vendor relationships. Core responsibilities included ensuring data integrity and confidentiality retention while separation was occurring from Workday (ICAP’s HR system). Responsible for the complete implementation of the initiative.

Managed the separation of the Human Resources and Payroll functions due to the divesture. The divestiture agreement mandated that each ICAP division must be able to function autonomously without integration to Tullett Prebon. The separation of these groups was a yearlong initiative that required working with multiple in-house groups as well as external vendors. Workday was the current HRIS system for ICAP and had to be separated while ensuring that confidential data was not shared with Tullett. A decision was made to build another instance of Workday and load our employee data, this was a mini Workday implementation which required testing of reports, core HCM and integrations.

Managed a $500K Global payroll implementation of SafeGaurd from Ceridian in the UK and Talent 2 in Singapore. This initiative allowed the firm to align their strategic goals in preparation for the upcoming separation/integration from Tullett Prebon. Core responsibilities included working with global accounting and payroll teams to ensure all data was accurately being streamlined and migrated to the new Workday platform. The project involved streamlining payroll codes and GL accounting as well as integrating to Workday.

Lead Business Analyst (2014-2015 § London, United Kingdom)

Relocated to the UK to lead Global Implementation of Workday. Core responsibilities included managing multiple regional business analysts across multiple work streams. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the project to be addressed and properly vetted. Test case scenario creation for Core HCM and integration configuration was a key responsibility that was managed as part of this team. Oversaw all testing and sign offs for this initiative.
