Over 46 years’ work experience in heavy industrial construction. Twenty six years in construction field supervision and quality control positions for oil and gas refineries, petrochemical, midstream facilities, semiconductor, pulp and paper, chemical demilitarization and boiler facilities. I have experience in developing capital project scope and execution plans per the engineering package. I worked with engineering to provide construction input for design and system turn over. I have experience in maintaining cost, schedules and man power forecasting. Competent with all drawings: P&ID’s, piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil and Structural drawings. I implement all safety/OSHA requirements on job site. I have managed over 300 craft personnel on a single project. I have working knowledge with MS computer programs. My TWIC card is current.
