ICmic, Milpitas California/Cyberjaya Malaysia, Senior Vice President of IC Design Oct '01-Present Responsible for design and development of ICmic’s complete line of data-converter products. This includes strategic market analysis, concept, architectural design, transistor level design, layout management and production test management. Product lines developed include Data Converters and Power Management Products. Joined ICmic at inception in 2001 and brought up its complete data converter and power management product lineup totaling almost 40 products. Lead designer for almost all of these products.

Linear Technology, Milpitas, California Design Engineer June '93-Jan '01 Responsible for developing Digital-to-Analog Converter products. Responsibilities included taking a product through definition, design, layout, debug and characterization on to production release. This involved architectural and transistor- level design and simulation of Digital-to-Analog Converters, supervising layout engineers and technicians, project scheduling, working on data-sheets and supervising test software and hardware development for bench testing. Also responsible for helping Test Engineering in developing hardware and software for production testing. Responsible for release of over 15 different products ranging from 12-Bit to 16-Bit Rail-to-Rail Voltage Output DACs. Analog Devices Inc., Wilmington, Massachusetts Design Engineer July '90-June '93 Responsible for developing high speed Analog-to-Digital Converter products in the Converter Operating Group at Analog Devices. This involved transistor level design, behavioral modeling, overseeing layout, debug and characterization of silicon. Also developed algorithms and models for top-level mixed-mode simulation of Analog-to-Digital Converters using the in-house circuit simulator and Mentor Graphic’s GDT tool-set. Co-Author on two technical papers presented at IEEE ISSCC San Francisco 1993.
