The primary task in test support is to ensure the data available in test region. During the testing process, I am responsible for data availability in test region. Also I attend to problem tickets (Manage now tickets) raised by business users through Manage now tool.

WC Pledge is the premium processing system for CNA’s workers’ compensation line of business. The system comprises both online and batch components. The online component provides support for most of the common underwriting needs like new business, endorsement, renewal, cancellation, quoting etc. The batch cycle performs functions like issue, accounting & balancing, print setup, reporting and feeding data to other subsystems such as PES (Premium Entry Subsystem). The task involves maintaining and supporting the system, by providing timely resolutions to problems reported to the Help desk and to implement any enhancements to the application.
