Saved at least $400K acting as CM on large projects, such as the $2.3M, 82 unit apartment renovation in Athens, GA, by aggressively negotiating material and subcontractor pricing and ensuring construction adhered to schedule. Realized hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings by reducing repairs and maintenance costs, securing maintenance contracts, issuing bid documents, and implementing an appliance replacement program that relied on direct purchasing from overseas

Senior Consultant for PCMS, LLC. Significantly increased profits by bringing existing clientele to PCMS, introducing design/build services, and managing construction activities. Provided additional services including budget development, bid estimating, contract administration, scheduling and coordination of projects. Created new business opportunity being a professional witness for Rogin, Nassau, et.al. in a trial involving forensic analysis of approximately $340K in change orders – based on the evidence presented in the detailed analysis, defense settled at pretrial.
