A highly regarded Senior Technical Project Manager, Program Manager and IT Manager with over 25 years of extensive experience in Multi Site\Multi Deployment Data Center Strategies and Infrastructure Program Management including 14yrs+ telework w/Client-facing travel, in support of multiple lines of business and functional groups. A technical aggregator of broad expertise in developing and managing implementation strategy, program scope, financials, stakeholders, roadmaps, solutions architecture and change management initiatives in support of Data Center and Infrastructure Programs. As SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Project: Data Center Refresh for a Large Engineering firm; 80 Data Centers within the United States, relative to server infrastructure. Equipment Sales $4.5M, Labor (P&L) $1M, Number of people managed 102 (Sr. Project Coordinators, Server Engineers, Network Engineers, Field Technicians). Project completed 10% GP over sell rate. Encompassed complete refresh of data center servers, Routers, Switches, NAS Servers, APC\UPS and enclosures, KVM, PDUs, and CAT5 to CAT6 upgrade. Responsible for creating\writing all technical documentation related to the refreshes.

Project: PBX to Cisco UC for 5 Hospitals in state of Florida. Equipment Sales $19.8M, Labor (P&L) $2.5M, Number of people managed 120 (Project Manager, Sr. Project Coordinators, Sr Cisco Voice Engineers, Server Engineers, Network Engineers, Field Technicians, Vendors/Contractors, total includes client side resources). Project encompassed phone systems upgrades for 5 separate hospitals, including 40k lines (analog and digital), gateway installs, Cisco Unity Installs, and integration with Microsoft UCC. Back filled as engineer gathering data from Cisco VOIP Gateways, troubleshooting network\data cables, rack\stack of UPS devices that connect to transfer switches, Cisco UC Servers and other engineering duties as required.

Project: Established Program for Desktop\Laptop refresh for a Major Financial Services client’s 434 branches, 3 data centers, and 1 Headquarter Office. Program slated for 5 years Labor Budget $18m with sales of $30m, with the option to execute additional years when deployment is successful. Responsible for hiring a traveling Tiger Team of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) which consisted for 5 Field Technicians, 2 Project Coordinators and a Program Manager. Created Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW) Project Plans and maintained P&L statement. Created processes and all initial drafts of Field Install Guides, checklists, client required security guidelines and & TLR technician background check clearance, client and executive reporting weekly progress, and DOA equipment processes.

Project: Lead, Latin America-Replacement of Endpoint, WAN\LAN, and Wi-Fi for 367 locations, globally. Labor Budget @ $25m with Sales of $48m. Established project plan, staffing plan, and status cadence. Provided project scheduling, justification, and forecasting to the appropriate project decision review board in support of budget and project scope approval. Scheduled and managed LAN\WAN Cutovers as well as Endpoint replacement schedule to include problem and risk management tracking.

As SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Of Note I: Work with Volume Licensing Agreement (VLA) providers at Dell, Symantec, and Microsoft to ensure all applicable systems are correctly validated and execute the validation process to support upgrades to existing systems and implementation of new systems.

Of Note II: Selected as Project Management Lead for the following projects: LAN\WAN Design and Cisco Switch Upgrades, National Transaction Services, SharePoint Deployment. Also, established sites for Florida Field Engineers, Florida Production, East Region Field Engineers and LandAmerica Live Response Team.
