Manage the Gilbane APP to build the Elementary School a 52 Million Dollars project for the US Army keeping adherence to the US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS 385-1-1 Safety Program to assure that all Sub contractors and Gilbane personnel obey and follow both Safety Programs to achieve our goal that it is to finish the project with Zero Accidents.
Accomplishments:
We have celebrated two consecutive years (2014 and 2015) the safety week, without any serious accidents on the project.
We were congratulated by the USACE Corp of Engineers for having an outstanding safety record on the past two years.

On this heavy civil construction Co.as an EHS Manager under the supervision of the US Corps of Engineers I was supervising three buildings civil construction work of 8 Million Dollars at Ft. Buchanan, P.R. giving the employees and staff members OSHA Training as confine space, fall protection, PPE and performing safety audits on their Safety Program to assure adherence to the 385 1.1 federal government standards. The project was done with Zero Accidents.

As an ES&H Training Manager I supervised a staff of occupational and environmental Instructors to assure that all those employed at the Holcim St.Genevieve Cement Plant a One Billion Dollars project, in Bloomsdale Missouri, have received the required and mandatory training. The MSHA 4 hour Site Specific Safety Orientation along with the 10 and 30 hour Construction Industry courses to comply with MSHA and OSHA. We offer Additional advanced classes as well to meet our clients needs and expectations. More than 6,000 people of all occupations have passed through our Training Center in order to work on this project. We worked more than 3,000,000 man hours on the year 2011 without a lost time accident.
