POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the supervision of all funding center employees including loan processors, data entry/scanner and any additional temporary employees that may be needed to assist in that area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficient in performing Loan Processor functions which involves processing and auditing loan packages, final quality assurance verification, assignment of appropriate fees, funding contract within system and delivery of contract loan data to accounting department.
Proficient in performing Data Entry/Scanner position which includes accurate documentation capture of all funded contracts, delivery of contract documentation to clients and application data entry as needed.
Responsible for coordination and implementation of policy as it relates to all funding center employees.
Responsible for all aspects of day to day supervision of all funding center employees including hiring, training, coaching and any disciplinary action.
Responsible for hiring for department which includes: 1) Assessing personnel needs in accordance with budgetary allowances; 2) Performing primary interview of candidate; and, 3) Assisting HR Admin with extending offer to candidate.
Responsible for training of funding center employees which includes: 1) Maintenance and modification of all training material 2) Training of new hires for specific position 3) Continuing education for existing employees.
