ITC Ltd (PSPD Division) is a paper manufacturing industry, at present they installing Second Hand Paper Machine at a cost of 300crs, (5th Paper Machine) which is purchased from Germany, this huge machine, before installation they are going to develop required spare part drawings for manufacturing.
At the time of dismantling and shipment of the machine, most of the machine components were damaged, all the damaged components were redrawn by taking Physical measurements and made it to suit to its location by assuming its fits tolerances and machining possibilities. Some of the components were also retrofitted (RND).

Project Description
Field survivors are collected the data from the National highway roads and state highway roads. The data is converted into Auto Cad drawing without raster. I indicate the road, shoulder, Toe line, NH limits and also main thing existing cables of Telecom Project, in this we prepared a legend box for the symbols like Agriculture land and Forest, green belt, temple, kosik, Industrial Area and Residential area. Etc.

British Telecom (BT) is one of the world’s leading providers of telecommunication services. Its principal activities include local. National and international telecommunication services, higher value broadband and internet products and services and IT solutions. In the UK BT serves over 20 million corporate and residential customers, with more than 20 million exchange lines, and also provides network services to other licensed operators.
BT maintains its asset data on maps at 34 offices, with exchange being classified as rural, urban and city based city based on the density of network. This telephone network project included data capture, validation and translation/migration from existing formats into intelligent database.
Source data was received in raster format as well as in vector data file format. The scope of work also included database creation and development of specialized software routines and toolkits to ensure the highest degree of quality performance and productivity.
Data source consisted of geographic plants, dumb and intelligent vector data, plane duct and transmedia tiff images, Gina cable data diagrams.
Project execution methodology started with inventory and verification. The PMA/DUCT process covered the steps to translate vector data from XML to DGN/ORACLAE, Prepare PM and PMA/DUCT data and run translator for XML.
The transmedia process consists of the steps prepare cable map index, PCP area’s index from PM Maps, created DGN files based on PCP areas, layout of cable data based on PCP areas and preparing of D-side, E-side and MU/CJ cable data. Finally XML data was generated for delivery.
The benefit to BT is a faster and more accurate response to their customers, as it is now possible to track the fault based on customers ID and minimize the time taken for analysis of telephone cable networks.
