Have experiences with animal experiments. The graduation internship and design for bachelors degree is the

research on the change in cell behavior and its mechanism through overexpressing gfi1 in A549.

other scientific field using Boster products and curate them for our new website.

2. Applied Project

Project: Transcriptional Activator Construction in Tumor Suppressor Re-activation Research to Improve

Fluorescence Visibility August, 2016 December, 2016

Project related to molecular cloning for graduation in Dr. Karmella Hayness Lab in School of Biological and

Health Systems Engineering Department at ASU. To construct an alternative transcription activator mCh-Gal4-

Vp64 with higher mCherry expression visibility, most of the experiences focus on BioBrick cloning method.

The activator will be transformed into mammalian vector MV10 after construction then transfected into living

HEK293 cells to test expression in vivo.
