ACMV (SNR TECHNICIAN):

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance

Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance work as per weekly, fortnightly and monthly schedules. Check the chiller system and the log twice a day.

Coordinate with sub-contractors to carry out preventive and break down Maintenance (York, MEDEC, HVS and Honeywell)

Follow up daily activities as per month schedule-AHU, FCU, Split unit

Dehumidifier, Ventilation fans, Air Sterilizers, Air Curtains, Cooling Towers, Chillers Water Pump, Condenser Water Pump, Freezers, Cold room and Kitchen Equipment.

2. Break Down

Attend Break down, servicing trouble shooting and ensure smooth operating System.

Trouble shooting the breakdown of ACMV equipment’s as mention in above PM

Chemical washes, Gas charging, replacing parts and repainting of rusty parts of Equipment’s

Housekeeping of chillers plant and AHU room
