A major contributor during the implementation of Solution Manager 7.2. I helped the Basis team to define the new CHARM (system change management) process by identifying and implementing control handoff points and processes while releasing transports from one system to the other.

Advised the Basis team to turn on UPL and activate the Custom Code Management (CCM) console in SolMAn and established procedures, controls and reporting to monitor all critical programs or developments.

Worked with Basis and engaged the business blueprint tool in SolMan in which all critical programs and transactions are logged in the SolMan. This activity enabled us to measure the impact of future upgrades on the system before we implement the upgrades. As a result, the impact analyzer provided reports on impacted transactions or programs and provided estimated efforts to address these impacts.

Worked with Basis to convert SAP CRM to Hana CRM system. In this activity we analyzed all the developments that will need adjustments prior to perform the conversion to CRM Hana then I adjusted and managed the adjustments of these programs; for example by replacing obsolete code or select statements which will not function efficiently in a Hana system.

Worked with the security team to identify new roles for new system implementations, audited existing roles and adjusted their authorization, created reports on security roles usage and I also helped the security team in defining new development roles for SAP Hana system.

Researched and ensured sound and maintainable technical design and developments.

Owned and met milestones on the 4-year Common Financial Initiative CFI SAP project, which successfully launched and led to multiple new initiatives and opportunities.

Enhanced SAP system with industry-specific requirements, including adding multiple fields into core modules (FI and MM), below is a sample of developments I performed
