Field Artillery Proponent Warrant Officer, U.S. Army, 10/2015 – Present Serves as the primary advisor to the Field Artillery (FA) Proponent Chief and the Chief Warrant Officer of the FA Branch (CWOB) on all matters impacting FA Warrant Officers and proponent issues. Works closely with Human Resources Command (HRC) on the management of over 440 FA Warrant Officers. Additionally, acts as a representative and liaison for FA Warrant Officers active and reserve components. Develops and maintains technical prerequisites for all Active Component, United States Army Reserve, and National Guard FA Warrant Officer applications. Reviews and approves over 60 FA Warrant Officer applications per year.
