I am the Director for Clinical Operation in a large independent laboratory. I have extensive experience in the laboratory industry with my Black Belt Certification and experience in lean laboratory processes. Developed and implemented training programs to enhance our supervisory skill level as well as improve training for Six Sigma. My team has been working on cultural changes to enhance our diversified group and improve team building skills. Metrics for Lost Specimens have improved by 35% and Data Entry Errors have improved 56% based on projects from this team.
