level permitting support for Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana and was

responsible for federal permitting with US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

for pipeline maintenance projects.

MPCA's Brownfield program, addressing implementation of corrective

measures for contaminated soil cleanup that protected human health and

field data involving groundwater pump-and-treat system for manufactured

gas-coke plant site in Waukegan, IL, ensuring ground water quality

standards set by state were not exceeded.

. Evaluated alternatives and created cost estimates for toxicity reduction

of mine dewatering discharge at Doe Run Company's Brushy Creek mine in

Viburnum, MO, guaranteeing state standards for surface water quality were

met and company remained compliant with requirements for operating mining

operations.
