MICROBIOLOGIST - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure GLPs, GMPs, GHPs within the Plant and laboratory, as well as HACCP compliances.

Routine Microbiological analysis as per IS standards, Media preparations, sterilization and decontamination.

Performs tests on the PH, TDS, taste, Odour of the final products

Stock records keeping, maintenance, routine checks on equipment’s performance, monitor different machinery and filters used in production unit

Store Samples for shelf life testing.

Identification of microbial contamination and ensures corrective actions

Ensures proper functioning of production machineries.

Guidance and training for production staff on hygiene principles

Swab tests, Online QC, supervising on quality compliances

Ensuring IS standards met strictly.

Updating data in log books and daily laboratory records on a daily basis

Place orders for shortage media & other lab utensils. Replaces the complaint ones
