- Oversee assigned operations to accomplish financial and operating goals, while providing motivation and leadership to Food Service Directors and general managers (GM’s).

- Operated Dining program for 3 months until a permanent RDM was found.
- Contributed to initiating Tapingo mobile ordering program, as well as starting up plans to open a Steak n Shake location, with 1 of only 2 locations in Las Vegas.
GENERAL MANAGER – California State University, East Bay, Hayward, CA, USA 2009–2015
- Administered the planning of food service for the entire campus, including direct reports.
