Quality Assurance Supervisor

HACCP Asst. Team Leader. Writes and updates HACCP manual and HACCP plan in a defined frequency and as required.

A Quality and Food Safety Management System auditor. Conducts Quality and Food Safety audit to suppliers and periodic internal audit.

Reviews implementation and updates if necessary the Quality Management System program and procedures.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Conducts Physico-chemical analyses, Microbiological analyses and Sensory evaluation on finished products, raw ingredients, packaging materials, and process samples points.

Conducts in-line testing of product on a given frequency to ensure conformance to specification. Provides timely and reliable feedback on detected non-conformity, recommends intermediate action and gives appropriate disposition on the affected lot.

Conducts quality inspection and laboratory testing on incoming raw, packaging, intermediate and processing aid materials. Provides appropriate disposition on the delivered material.

Performs trade quality assurance and good warehousing practices compliance audit on sales offices and partner’s warehouses. Attends to consumer inquiry and complaints.

Conducts weekly good manufacturing and warehousing practices compliance audit.

Performs special studies and assists in trials developing methods for improving the quality of the product.

Conducts laboratory equipment internal calibration and annual product traceability exercises through SAP.

Handles budgeting and procurement of laboratory supplies and other Quality Assurance service requirement through SAP.

Other designated responsibilities;

Bottler Sensory Leader

Responsible for the over-all effective implementation of Sensory program.

Created the Manufacturing Sensory program and updates program if necessary. Accountable for the accuracy, record-keeping and confidentiality of records on sensory program.

Conducts screening, training, calibration and certification of Sensory Panelists.

Spearheads troubleshooting and root cause analysis in the occurrence of sensory failure on finished product, raw material and process samples.

Department Records Custodian

Updates and writes Quality Management System manual and documents related to Food Safety and HACCP.

Periodically reviews and updates the Quality Plan. Internal Audit Team leader

Prepares annual internal audit plan and schedule on ISO9000 and FSSC22000. Consolidates internal audit result summary.
