PROJECT MANAGER Kongsberg Maritime AS, Kongsberg, Norway 1/2015 – 11/2016 Kongsberg Maritime is a global industry leading maritime engineering firm with 4700+ employees in over 20 countries. As the first American Manager hired at headquarters in Norway, my role was to manage internal projects for the business while ensuring customer satisfaction and high quality support operations for Kongsberg’s 20,000+ clients.

Lead several concurrent projects including a global phone system application deployment and a Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations project.

Managed the global Kongsberg Maritime “Follow the Sun” Coordinator group by providing professional leadership, technical guidance, confident direction, and constructive feedback.

Established and chaired the CRM Governance Team, building a global communication network focused on CRM data quality, application maintenance, and best practice.

Presented regularly to high level executives and government officials on the progress of ongoing operations and projects. Championed sales initiatives through presentations, documentation, and question and answer sessions.

Served as a member of the Global Customer Support Process Forum to establish and maintain Business Procedures, Process Flow, Guidelines, and Checklists.

Monitored service KPIs to ensure performance standards of the KM regional service hubs. Collaborated as necessary to make certain that support routines and procedures are followed globally. PROJECT COORDINATOR Kongsberg Maritime Inc., St. Rose, LA 8/2012 – 1/2015 Selected to implement Kongsberg’s new “Follow the Sun” project, ensuring 24/7 access to support engineers for Kongsberg’s 20,000+ clients globally. As the lead of a nine member team, I spent extended periods of time at KM’s Singapore and Norway offices to ensure continuity throughout the inaugural years of the “Follow the Sun” initiative.

Developed and implemented processes to improve quality and efficiency in customer support coordination to Kongsberg Maritime’s global customer base.

Acted as a technical consultant providing detailed product knowledge to cross functional customer support teams.

Established and maintained global CRM and phone systems as the Regional Administrator for the Americas. Deployed to Offshore vessels throughout the Americas region for commissioning and ongoing support of Kongsberg’s Dynamic Positioning equipment.

Evaluated and troubleshot electronic components and operational systems.

Designed and implemented creative solutions utilizing available resources.

Tested and verified success of applied solutions.

Prepared detailed service reports for customers and updated CRM Database. PROJECT MANAGER Couvillion Group, LLC, Belle Chasse, LA 5/2010 – 6/2011 Couvillion Group is a Maritime Engineering and Construction firm consisting of 100 employees along the Gulf Coast. In the wake of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, BP granted Couvillion Group a contract worth over $10M to manage cleanup efforts. As the Project Manager I successfully implemented a project plan involving resources across three states over the span of a year.

Responsible for the selection, training, and supervision of 40+ employees, providing feedback and coaching based on performance.

Ensured critical tasks were completed within designated timeframes and budgets, while performing routine risk assessments and ensuring compliance with rigorous safety regulations.

Monitored and reported project progress and financial status for the CEO on a regular basis.
