of $1.2B aerial refueling system. Led Aerial Refueling Integrated-Product
Team of 300 engineers and staff in development of refueling boom system,
drogue system and aerial refueling operator station. Overall
responsibility for entire value stream including supplier performance,
product integration and test. Ensure compliance to military qualification
and FAA certification requirements.

Proposal Team, B-52 Program, and Mission Planning. Responsible for
technical oversight of repair, maintenance, modifications and upgrades to
aircraft supporting the National Command Authority Mission and other
aircraft including 737, 747, 757, 767 and Air Force One.
Key Accomplishments:
. Championed cost reduction and financial performance improvements
resulting in over $7M in cost savings against a $5.5M target, including
more than $550K in recurring annual savings through functional
reorganization
