I am responsible for all the various steps involved in Recruitment process. Initial scrutiny of candidate’s resume, screening the job seekers through Telephonic interviews, testing their Knowledge, skills and the confidence level, communication skills and overall appearance

Generating references from prospective candidates and posting JD in free job sites.

Understanding the client's requirements with respect to the candidate's profile, job description, salary fitment

Searching the right candidates for the position.

Screening and short-listing the candidates based on confidence, attitude, stability and communication skill

Conducting HR interview and set up technical interviews with client side heads and HR

Convince the candidates to accept the offer & join at the earliest

Regular follow-ups with the candidates to be on board.
