• Serve as the client services representative to over 20 clients, Education Partners.
• Manage all the details of multiple live and online sales between Pri-Med, our Education Partners, and Commercial Supporters. This includes reviewing and submitting educational grant proposals to multiple commercial supporter sites, data analysis, and creating Year End Outcome reports.
• Manage Education Partners to deliver all live event details for sessions at Continuing Medical Education (CME) conferences and enduring activities deliverables on the digital platform. Main roles include collecting necessary deliverables, creating and maintaining project timelines, managing the clinical review process, overseeing launch of enduring activities, and developing/providing outcomes reports.
• Achieve face-to-face recognition for company to promote and continue sales while on-site at CME conferences.
• Manage the rebuild and maintenance of all post-show reports for live and online activities. This includes pulling test reports to ensure all numbers are accurate and working with our data analysis team to fix any discrepancies when needed.
• Oversee audience response system (ARS) results from the Ed Track Portal, and work with 3rd party vendor to correct any discrepancies.
• Oversee employee’s daily responsibilities and help set both personal and professional goals.
• Serve as a liaison to all departments including: Operations, Marketing, Digital, IT, Finance, Sales, Clinical Sciences, and Data Services.
