CAREER SUMMARY
At Pinnacle, I am employed to bring Management Systems and excellence to engineering, business and manufacturing processes. I was focused in the areas of Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance. I also was assigned to bring structure to the inside sales department. The company is a 100+ million dollar company with cross organizational processes that was more fitting of a 10 million company. The company had no quality assurance or supplier quality program. The company was recently acquired by LeGrand, USA.
I started my employment at Medical Simulation Corporation as being responsible for Hardware Engineering and progressing the company’s product line from R&D thru the complete product life cycle. I was employee number six for this startup company. In 2011, Development and Operations were split and I assumed responsibility for the Operations side of the business including Field Services, Supply Chain/Materials Management, Quality, Customer Call Support Services and Logistics/Transportation.
While at GE Health Care, I was involved in the design, development, and manufacturing of complex cardiology, diagnostic, and patient monitoring medical equipment. I have provided leadership in global transfers of technology and manufacturing capabilities along with managing a large staff of engineers that supported capital equipment shipments of 500 million dollars per year. I have experience in an ISO and FDA GMP regulated environment and have been trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
My education includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Technology Management -Leadership Series from the University of Denver. I graduated from the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs. I passed the LSS exam in April 2013. I completed 5 Six Sigma projects while employed at GE.
