Kit Moss Productions, Inc. (KMP), was acquired by PromoWorks, LLC. Kit Moss and (5) members of the KMP management team were selected to help transition KMP into the PromoWorks Company.

Transition of accounting, fulfillment and marketing (KMP to PW) took almost two years to complete. In addition, a new operating system had to be learned while maintaining the old KMP system.

Transitioned to Area Manager/Midwest Division responsible for managing seven District Coordinators (DC) and 1,000 Independent Contractor Engagement Specialist assigned to various in-store demonstrations and events in major retail stores, trade shows & outdoor venues.

Became proficient in management technology systems with Great Plains, Access, Traverse, Word, Excel and AMS, to track agent (Engagement Specialist) and DC staffing and execution performance plus related budgets.

Continue to acquire additional responsibilities, one being a bi-monthly field newsletter for the 1099 Independent Contractors. 1988 – 2008:
