Particularly this project was completed within twenty-five yards of an operating Nuclear plant with shared duality of controls. Accelerated project to thirteen month schedule acceleration with Substantial Cost savings after conducting T/M contract renegotiation

Multiple consecutive contract assignments to Multiple Fortune 50 Companies to provide CM and Sr. Project Supervision on consecutive Capital Projects nationwide having a total value exceeding $1B USD. All projects witnessed accelerated schedules and a minimum of 15% project savings with zero lost time incidences.

February 2007 - March 2008
Single contract assignment as Sr. Superintendent on (1) Twin
tower mixed-use condominium consisting of a 22 and 15 story
tower combined with 5 levels of UG parking structure. Upon
assignment completion regained 6 months of schedule delays and
$12M cost projection overrun and OCO’s of a $35M project.
