Act as Superintendent for the restoration of the TWA Flight Center which is on the National Historic Register.

The building is a thin shelled structure with complex geometric curves

Presenting a challenging restoration. The building is being restored to its

Original look in 1962. The project includes rebuilding walls complex, the restoration detailed ornamental iron works, replace curtain wall windows &

Skylights, rebuilding seating area & restoring the exterior of the building.

The overall cost for restoration is 20 Million dollars.

Responsibilities included: Subcontractor’s coordination, Maintain submittal logs, coordinate with Owners, Architects & Engineers, maintain job safety, Maintain & upgrade job schedule, crew supervision.

GC Superintendent. Oversee $ 4 M ground up Tenrikyo Mission( Oriental Prey
