Case Management Public Sector Telecommunications Vasco is a PMI certified Project Manager with experience in different industries such as Public Sector and Telecom specialized in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He has 10 years of consultancy experience in CRM projects, deployed across different geographic regions. He worked in several areas of CRM projects having gained both technical and functional skills. The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) initiated a new phase to add new capabilities to the Case Management System (CMS), with an important focus on partners, citizens, mobility and BI reports. New functionalities were added to the system such as Experts Management and Experts e-Services, Lawyers Management, Fees Simulator, ADJD Courts Mobile app, Judges Mobile app, e-Payment, POS integration, Case Statistics BI report and Court Performance Measures BI reports.

§ Led a team of 6 developers, 3 business analysts and 5 technical support/helpdesk;

§ Participated in requirements gathering sessions for the above mentioned functionalities;

§ Contributed to architecture design, integration processes and software solutions;

§ Assessed 3rd party vendor proposals and managed project delivery;

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) awarded JustCRM to develop its Phase IV of the Case Management System (CMS) project consisting in the implementation and delivery of the criminal courts, Court of First Instance, VASCO PEDRO +1 (604) 349- 5288 VASCO. F . PEDRO@GMAIL. COM Appeal Court and Cassation Court, the Enforcement tribunal, Public and Lawyer e-Services. The Phase IV scope also included the integration with the public prosecutors system (PPS), data migration and OBIEE – Business Intelligence reporting.

Vasco worked previously for the same client in different projects including Billing/Rating and CRM. One of the projects was the Siebel 7.5 Cleansing, consisting of the definition of standards applets and views as preparation for the future migration to Siebel 8.1.
