Starting as a cashier in the number one spicy pickle in the country and with hard work and perseverance worked my way up to store manager by the age of 21 within just 4 years. Playing a key role in this young restaurant's development the business thrived getting constant great reviews on Yelp,BBB, and Epinions websites with many mentioning my name in reference to the great customer service that they experienced. For the hard and proficient work that I had done I was recognized and contacted personally by cooperate office and have gotten vital references out of my experience. Under my supervision catering sales increased, the employee rate drastically decreased, and a strong base of regular customers were built. With my first year of business school completed I continue to grow my knowledge on the food industry.
From that point moving on in the industry I moved on to take what I learned and began training to work with the Jason's deli comp. After a month of training I was sent to my first store to begin my work and within a weeks time customer satisfaction rose for that location that had been suffering with their "Inmoment" survey scores for some time. Cooperate office took immediate notice and the district and regional managers took it upon themselves to come speak to me personally about a better opportunity. I was then moved to work in the number one Jason's deli location in the district. There i learned from the best, Payroll management, sales forecasting, yearly budgets and expenses, inventory, scheduling, sales importing and exporting, invoice payments, working with large cooperations, you name it, the job was done and the job was done well. This all while being one of the two youngest in management in all of the district. That being said i still strive to learn more.
