Responsible for 50 sites in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and New York employing approximately 2,800 employees. Manage an elite team of HR professionals that support these sites in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, legal/compliance issues, Talent Management and initiating HR strategy tactics.
Major Contributions:
Awarded Top KPI Achievement award twice. Surpassed all targets and KPIs on HR Scorecard (40 metrics) inclusive of turnover and overtime reduction, absenteeism, diversity and training participation.
Successfully launched 15 different start-ups with Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Technology customers.
Developed and delivered a new Diversity training course (focusing on generational diversity) implemented at over 400 sites throughout North America which contributed to a 10% improvement in diversity retention, 15% increase in diversity hires and 18% spike in diversity promotions

Instituted aggressive transitional work and intense case management programs which shrank workers compensation costs and claims by 55% and 67%, respectively. This resulted in a savings of over $350K from prior year
