Administration:
Assisted with administrative duties as directed, including act as Manager
on Duty, assistance with scheduling, staff development and team building.
Marketing:
Developed and implemented internal programs to involve the entire staff and
volunteers in order to achieve day-to-day successes. Managed up to 65
supporters and volunteers for events designed to attract new people to the
facility for which I worked through community events and outreach work and
advertising.
Designed departmental plans for specific, well-documented site visits to
potential referral sources.
A. Created the three-step process to establish successful community
relations.
B. Wrote and presented "Best Practice for Successful Targeted
Marketing."
C. Created the inverted pyramid system of marketing.
Established 30, 60, and 90 day plans for bringing perspective clients and
referral sources into the facility.
Created extensive training program for in-house promotions, presentations

Development:
Planned and hosted a number of public events specifically designed to bring
influential people into the together with the goal of presenting
information about the group I was work for at that time. These events
include but are not limited to open houses (for both the public and for
colleagues), speakers' bureaus, recognition dinners, senior events and like
occasions. One such example was a recognition dinner I planned for the late
Marie Wilkinson. Organized and supervised fundraisers for specific goals as
requested by the organization.
Managed successful grand scale benefits for a number of causes including,
Breast Cancer Research ElderDay and (then) Provena Senior Services.
Advertising:
Developed and wrote quarterly newsletter for distribution to potential
donors and existing supporters. Distribution reached 1500 within two years.
I often was able to obtained external financial support to offset
production costs.
Coordinated, exhibited, and formally presented information at both system
conventions and external expositions.
Assisted in the creation and implementation of a successful, system wide
branding campaign. Included television, print and supplemental
advertisement.
Wrote and submitted regular, timely, and intriguing information to local
and outlying media sources. Issued regular public service announcement as
well as successfully obtained print and radio media coverage for a number
of events. Cultivated positive relationships with key media professionals.
Technical:
Assisted in establishment and design of websites for facilities.
