? Provide leadership and on the job training for assembly line workers in highly mechanized plants including cook chill & freeze hospital food delivery systems, robotics in state of the art bakeries and meat fabrication plants

? Establish work schedules, coordinate activities with work teams in both ?in scope and out of scope? shops to achieve desired outcomes in production, while practising good stewardship of resources including metrics analysis

? Participate in public and internal meetings facilitating and contributing wherever possible to the continued health promotion, injury prevention and education of the public and coworkers

? Manage the start-up, implementation and ongoing assessment of numerous activities and events resulting in increased public awareness contributing to improved standards of operation and public safety

? Consult with the public, operators and co-workers to incorporate their recommendations into operational efficiencies and the value added activities that save time, energy and effort while advocating and promoting public health initiatives
