I worked for Gannett Publishing Services for 13 years. I started in the Housekeeping dept in 2003 and after approximately 2.5 years I transferred to the Newsprint department where I have worked as a newsprint handler/forklift operator until January 9, 2017. My managers indicated that I take initiative in performing work related duties and that I am a team player and a self starter. My experience also includes working for a maintenance company in New York City from May of 1995 until 2003, as an elevator starter. My duties were but not limited to, directing visitors to the proper elevator banks depending on the company they had business with, I also operated the freight elevator to bring building materials or other items such as furniture or packages during off business hours as needed by request of the tenants. I also monitored the fire safety system during fire drills and maintenance.
I am confident you will consider my qualifications and experience for the position, as I look forward to being part of your team. I included my resume for review. Please contact me at any time to discuss the possibility of scheduling a personal interview.
Sincerely,
Igor Kadar
