Project Objective: Development of the Azar oil field

$5.1 billion project and the final purpose was to drill 19 oil wells, extract oil API32 from the wells and transfer to a 71500 bpd central processing unit (CPF) for degassing, dewatering and desalting the oil.

Project productions were 80,000,000 qfd of gas to the NGL 3100 in Cheshmeh Khosh, Iran, through a 16"/155km gas export pipe line and the produced oil was exported to Dehloran oil facilities through a 16", 220 km oil export line.

In this project, I was head of the mechanical department of consultants for the construction, erection, and commissioning of the hydro-electric power plant equipment.

Project Objective: Construction and commissioning of four turbine units and generators (each unit 250MW, total 1000MW) at Masjed-Soleyman hydro-electric power plant (Phase II).

Project Deliverables included construction of the following four turbine units and generators, the erection of power intake valves (radial gates), turbine's in-take valves (butterfly valves), power outlet valves (flap gates), spillway gates (radial gates - and in fact the world's largest ones in height), bottom outlet valves, waterways (manifolds, spiral case, draft tubes), Francis turbines, generators, and all accessories including bearing lubricant oil, cooling water and service airs piping systems, HVAC of power plant and so on.

$200 million, 2 years in duration.

Project Objective: Increase the capacity of steel making production of the factory to 1,200,000,000 tons from 900,000 tons.
