WORKING EXPERIENCE
Infotainment Test Engineer Intern Intern April 2015 - July 2015
Pricol Technologies Limited.
Develop and maintain requirement specifications (PRS) and related documentation for testing of all automotive Infotainment systems
Analyze the user requirement specification and function specifications for building test cases for Bluetooth Connectivity
Experience with Vector CANoe to get CAN signals information for test purposes.
Investigated and track thoroughly defects, participated in DFMEAs
Working in teams to investigate the root cause of complex system issues
In-Plant Training In-plant Training June 2013 - August 2013
Electronics Corporation of India Limited
Worked on Generator Monitoring Safety System (GMS), a module used for monitoring generator health.
Telematics Communication software unit (TCU) was interfaced with the GMSS module to communicate with the outside world in the form of an Email, text message in case of any alert issued by GMSS
RS232 was used for GUI (Graphic User Interface), I2C protocol was used for Internal communication
Combined with technical group for design and development of PRS (Product requirement specification), Validation Test plans, Test setup and performed VNV (Verification and Validation), validation testing.
Developed a detailed report on GMSS module and earned a certificate on successful completion
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Prototype Conveyor Belt System Implementation Sep 2015 – Dec 2015
Designed and built a hardware prototype using a DC Motor interfaced with ARM cortex M4 based STM32f407VG Microcontroller.
Speed of the Conveyor belt is controlled by PWM signal generated by Microcontroller and forward-backward movements were controlled using H-Bridge
Ultrasonic Ping Sensor was used to Compute distance of the object on the conveyor belt and the output values were displayed on LCD
CAN bus Interface was used to transmit data between two Microcontroller's and SPI was used to interface ADC and DAC for measuring temperature using LM35 and speaker respectively
All the firmware and software were developed using Embedded C and IAR Embedded Workbench IDE
Bio-Signals based on road stress Monitoring for Automotive Drivers (HMI) Aug 2016 – Nov 2015
Developed and designed a hardware module using Pulse oximeter MAX30100 and Galvanic Skin response GSRV1.2 which was interfaced to Arduino Microcontroller.
Pulse Oximeter was used to determine the percentage of Oxygen in the blood flow and GSR was used to get the Skin responses of a person for detecting the emotional or mental stress
GSRV1.2 board was used to acquire data using two finger wearable bands and a finger was placed on the pulse oximeter MAX30100 to detect the oxygen levels in blood.
All the hardware was interfaced with Arduino and data was shown on the serial Monitor.
This prototype was built and software was developed using Arduino
Dual 4X4 Register Arithmetic/ Logic Unit (RALU) in Static CMOS Technology April 2016 – Aug 2015
A Dual 4X4 Register Arithmetic/ Logic Unit (RALU) was designed using Mentor Graphics
Design of Transistor level schematic and the SRAM cell were done using Design Architect in Mentor Graphics.
The DRC and LVS were successfully seen without any errors and warnings.
The designed circuit verification was done using Eldo and Zelga. Timing Analysis was performed.
A concise IC Layout of the module was developed and demonstrated using IC station
