Title: Payroll Supervisor / HR Director, March 2015-November 2016

My responsibilities as Payroll Supervisor included generating reports and verifying payroll

to Paychex. I processed payroll daily for contractors and weekly payroll for employees. I was

responsible for onboarding all contractors through the Indeed system. I reviewed hundreds of

resumes on a weekly basis, to hire 25 contractors a week. Due to the nature of the Take2Telecom

business, it was required that I register our business with the states in which employees were hired,

in order to process their State, Federal and Unemployment taxes. I worked closely with the President

and CEO of the company to create, implement and communicate new policies and procedures

resulting from new business client requirements. While the company was starting up I was also

responsible for reviewing and critiquing contractor communication scripts for new clients and

trained the new employees.

Physical Rehabilitation Services

Title: Office Manager / HR, February 2007 March 2015

As the Office Manager I was responsible for the Day-to-day operations of the office. I started with this

company from the ground up also. I processed all medical billing for the office through all Insurance

agencies. I also updated patient charts to ensure that all ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPCS coding codes were

validated and accurate. Since we saw over 125 patients a week this was a large part of my

responsibilities. My other duties as Office Manager included creating and maintaining employee

work schedules, while cross referencing with Patent scheduling. Other responsibilities included

insurance verification, accounts receivable, background checks and banking for the business. While

working, I also pursued and completed my Certification as a Phlebotomist. In addition, I continued

with my Continuing Educations courses for BCBSM and completed the courses through State Farm

as a Banking Specialist.

Independent Day Care Owner

Title: Owner/Director, January 2002 February 2007

Created and maintained a successful day care business for 5 years. During the 5 years I was able to double the

size of the business. While running the business, I wanted to pursue other areas of interest and

obtained my Residential Appraisers license. I then decided to return to work and focus on my career

(after the death of my husband.)
