Created finished goods product regulatory documentation. Improved product properties and provide information to enable additional market opportunities. Product changes that enable cost saving without sacrificing product quality. New product development for new customer opportunities. Customer product complaint resolution. Solved discoloration issue on the molded polypropylene parts for healthcare/medical device by injection molding condition adjustment and right product suggestion that led over $1M commercial value.

Developed a new testing method of yellow index on the molded customer parts and accelerated aging method that can simulate customer storage condition and improve product stability and improve risk management.

Released multiple regulatory letters regarding FDA and other substance of interest that helps customer’s parts approval in medical devices and other applications.
