Server Backup/Restore Solution Selection

Selected server backup/restore solution to replace aging equipment and software. Gathered requirements, developed project scope and statement of work, and interviewed vendors and industry experts. Selected backup/restore products (hardware and software), completed Proof of Concept, bill of materials, report of findings, and initial plan for subsequent implementation phase. Unified Communications

Replaced current outdated telephone equipment with a modern VOIP solution. Included identification of business and technical requirements, shortlisting of several potential providers of products and services, conducting several trials and Proof of Concept subprojects, design and procurement. Chaired weekly meetings of a group of IT managers. This group reviewed project initiation documents and gave final approval to either proceed or take some other action. Project Initiation
