Included vendor presentations, assembling of evaluation teams, planning, several workshops and device evaluation by business groups. Major deliverables were customer survey and evaluation report.
TECHNOLOGY SELECTION
Server Backup/Restore Solution Selection
Selected server backup/restore solution to replace aging equipment and software. Gathered requirements, developed project scope and statement of work, and interviewed vendors and industry experts. Selected backup/restore products (hardware and software), completed Proof of Concept, bill of materials, report of findings, and initial plan for subsequent implementation phase. Replaced current outdated telephone equipment with a modern VOIP solution.
