NPS development team facilitates eBay to obtain its NPS score. Net Promoter score correlates with revenue growth relative to competitors. NPS team has Monthly survey programs like Relationship NPS, Competitor NPS which calculates the Likelihood to recommend eBay by sending survey to Random sample of buyers and sellers who have been active in last 3 months. The Touchpoint NPS program is designed to help better understand the relationship eBay has with its members at different points where the user interacts with the eBay platform.

Surveys are sent to buyers or sellers–based on the nature of the Touchpoint daily. Survey responses are received from a third-party survey vendor on a daily/Monthly basis at the level of individual survey responses and can be attributed to the respondent's eBay user ID. As a result, user satisfaction, trust, and loyalty can be assessed across different countries, user types (buyer/seller), user activities, etc. Being part of NPS development team,

•Lead multiple touchpoint surveys and agile surveys to create sampling logic for the users to be surveyed

•Collaborated closely with business to understand the NPS requirements specific to an eBay feature

•Closely worked with 3rd party vendors like Decipher, ZS etc., to let the survey result set available for the business to analyze the data

Being part of services domain, worked on several projects on ISP loading necessary facts and dimensions in Warehouse for Dell Customer/Business Reports.
