Project Management

Led/Managed numerous subsurface investigations for Oil & Gas facility developments projects with project sizes ranged from $ 50,000 to excess of $500,000 including proposal preparations, development of client relationship, business development, project initiation to completion and delivering of results to meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPs) as approved by owners and clients.

Led/managed tender package preparation including cost estimates, quantity takeoff, contraction drawings, and construction monitoring and performance that saved the client facility start up time by several months.

Managed the construction of municipal projects in excess of $27.7 million project cost for all the geotechnical inputs including, environmental site assessment, geotechnical site investigations, pile installations, concrete works, site grading and deep excavations, foundation inspections, construction quality control and assurance (QC/QA), contractor liaising and site meetings attendance.
