o Detailed RC numeration drawings & steel drawings as per codal provision and standard drawing released before

the schedule date

o Bill of Quantities as per specification in line with costing requirements and schedule of prices

o Spread sheets for various elements like Footing, Beams, Columns, conventional slabs, box drains, culverts, steel

beam as per British standard and presentations about design methodology for client meetings

o Submittal schedules of design deliverables

Modelling the structure using STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE

Analysing the structure for various load cases as per relevant codes specified in DBR

Designing:

o The sub structures depending on the site soil condition, foundation, raft, pile or isolated footing

o Various super structural RC members (columns, beams, walls and slabs) & steel structures with reference to DBR

Validating structural element sizes to ensure optimum sizes are quantified and calculating item wise techno-economic

indices as per built-up area and submitting total document as desired for pricing during tendering job

Modelling FEM and preliminary design for arriving element sizes to quantifying structural elements for tendering
