Position Held: CWI
Developed and qualified welding procedures for assembly of the trains vacuum tube. Helped in the development of QC procedures that drastically reduced weld rejection rates. Tracked progress of each weld in production and inspection. Tested welders and inspected production welds to D1.1 requirements.
2016 Bremco Inc
-Outages on HRSG Boilers
Position Held: Site QA/QC Inspector and Combo welder on some projects
Inspected all materials, welds, and various components inside and outside the boiler. Inspected work to NBIC Part 3, ASME Section I, and B31.1 as well as D1.1 for structural components. Weld mapped all welds, coordinated NDT and PWHT, reviewed NDT and PWHT reports. Tested welders to ASME Section IX and D1.1 and updated welder continuity logs. Put together R1 packages and worked with the A.I.’s. Oversaw hydros. I also hold various welding certs with Bremco including P91 certs, INCONEL to P91, and mirror welding certs.

-Praxair Cryogenic unit
Position Held: Combo welder/pipefitter
Welded and fit various sizes of stainless steel pipe, 10% x-ray. Created a 45 degree mitered rolling offset with 20” pipe.
2015-16 Lauren Engineering and Constructors
-Refinery Expansion
Position Held: QA/QC Field Inspector
Inspected and weld mapped welds to ASME B31.3 and AWS D1.1, inspected fire proofing, refractory, heat tracing, concrete, grout, and piping insulation. Made red lines on isometric drawings, and tested welders to ASME Section IX. Did complete hydro package walk downs and inspected vessel closers. Reviewed all RT film. Worked closely with the client and the A.I. on various issues.
2014 Aztech Material Testing Inc
-Repairs to Las Vegas Monorail
Position Held: 3rd Party Weld Inspector
3rd party inspections on repairs to the Monorail in downtown Las Vegas per AWS D1.1 and D1.5. Performed MT on all welds using 14a wet method fluorescent particles. Weld mapped all welds and repairs. Audited welders’ qualifications and monitored in progress welding to ensure compliance with the WPS.

-Aviation Fuel tank farms on military bases and airports
Position held: Piping Foreman
Oversaw the construction, installation, quality of the piping systems being installed and managed all time and expenses for the job. Spent extensive time studying the jobs plans (mechanical, structural, tank, and some concrete) and creating isometric drawing and redline drawings. Often in charge of various sub-contractors and worked directly with the client. Consulted overseas projects in Costa Rica and Panama.

Family farm that I worked on from the age of 12. Operated farm machinery, build and repaired hoppers and conveyers, and maintained a various equipment.
