• Perform a diverse range of responsibilities to include, but not limited to: land development through to finish construction and turnkey operations, including: contracting negotiations, underground utilities permits, change orders, blueprint interpretation/cuts; subcontractors/tradesman 145 day-out scheduling; all of which resulting in highly efficient and smooth flowing construction management operations.

1993 - 2005 Work consisted of primarily residential construction projects, initially starting in capacity of Customer Service Representative and successfully promoted through various construction management positions through to Project Superintendent with nationally owned builders such as: Pardee Homes, Richmond American Homes, Beazer Homes, John Lang Homes, Southwest Homes, Avante Homes and Pulte Homes.
