EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

Manpower (Temp Agency) – on site at DL Martin from June 2015 to Present

oThis company builds elevators.

oI work on building the elevator platforms.

oI do a little spot welding.

oMaterials used for these processes are sheet metal and wood; tools used are various hand tools and spot welder.

Evapco – August 2007 to September 2014 (Full Time)

oThis company builds industrial cooling units.

oI began as a “flat welder” which is welding parts for the cooling units that we construct.

oThen I moved to “line welding” where I completed a variety of tasks including pipe fitting, basin welding, flange welding, copper sweats, connection pipes and a variety of other tasks as needed to complete a unit.

oI briefly worked in the “coil area” where I welded tube and headers.

oDuring my time at Evapco, I have welded black steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel.

oI have experience using MIG and pulse welders on a daily basis and occasional use of a TIG welder.

oEverything we weld at Evapco comes with a “print” that we have to weld from; so I have experience with print reading as well.

Domestic Casting – May 2006 to August 2006 (Full Time)

oI was a Shaker.

oThis job entailed me to shake the castings out of the molds for further processing.

oThen distributed the molds/parts to the correct areas.

oI aslo assited in other areas such as mold prep or wherever there was a need for help.

Knott Brakes – January 2000 to January 2006 (Full Time)

oI was a mold press operator.

oI had to set up the mold press machine to the correct temperature on a daily basis.

oI then molded the brakes and then had to inspect each piece for imperfections, etc.

oThe next process was to put the pieces in an over to cure.

oI also had to put the brakes through a sander to finish the process; also measuring for the correct thickness, etc.

oThis also required daily cleaning of the machine.

McDonald’s – January 1999 to January 2000 (Full Time)

oI was a cook for the meat section.

oI also cleaned the grill.

Pulse welding from Evapco completed 09/26/2013

1990 – 1994 Kenmore High School Diploma earned

SUMMARY

I have a working knowledge of various hand tools and pneumatic tools.

I have industrial cleaning experience.

I am a fast learner.

Other interests include fishing, building and running RC cars and drawing in my spare time.
