ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (TVS Motor Company):-

Shift planning and deployment of people

Achieve hourly output without tolerating quality.

Reduction of scrap by continuous improvement

Tool life monitoring and improvement

Examine first off inspection report and take necessary action

Reduce customer complaint

Derive hourly production rate and form cell with man machine balance chart

Evaluate machine’s output with OEE

Motivate team members to do continuous improvements through kaizens

Schedule inspection frequency for fixtures and tool like cutter run out, mandrel run out.
