A recommendation by my high school drafting instructor Harold Balzer

for a contract job was to create a display drawing of a failed platform

structure from pictures of a pile of broken boards. I drew a

perspective view drawing that was used for display in a legal hearing in

1975. My career focus since then has been to work in the drafting design

field. After 30 years of work I have become very efficient in the fast-

paced, high-stress and deadline oriented environments.

Aldon Isenberg joined Dean Realty Co. in January of 2015, bringing 28 years

of drafting and AutoCAD experience.

Aldon is responsible for developing site and floor plans that support

the company's marketing and leasing departments, as well as managing

drafting projects for the company's construction and project management

groups. He maintains a library of plans for Dean Realty Co.'s above- and

below-ground portfolio, and assists in designs for build-to-suit projects.

Prior to joining Dean Realty Co., Aldon worked for Case Work Solutions

where he was engaged in design, estimation and bidding of compartmental

cabinets. Previous work history includes diversified experience in design

and engineering of aquatic training facilities and airport runways, highway

and roadway infrastructure design, subdivision and electronic terrain

models for county bridges, and telecommunications, mechanical and civil

drafting as well as architectural design.

Aldon holds an associate's degree in pre-engineering and drafting

technology, with an emphasis in design. He is familiar with the most recent

AutoCAD releases.

Aldon spent three years in the United States Marine Corps as a tank

commander. Aldon was in charge of the company armory maintenance and

security billet, a billet held two grades above his rank at the time. He

also had perfect physical fitness test score along with expert pistol and

rifle badges and a good conduct service medal. In his free time, Aldon

enjoys spending time with family, attending his grandchildren's sporting

events.
